This Commercial Grade Ash/Trash receptacle has a special top that collects cigarette butts while keeping out rain and snow.  Top has hinges which allows for easy emptying. This heavy duty unit is made of fire safe steel and features weather resistant stone panels on the outside. Includes a rigid plastic liner.  Waste receptacle features two 5.5” Diameter openings for depositing trash.  2.5 Gallon capacity.  Drain holes in base prevent water accumulation. No Assembly required.
