How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Most of our orders are shipped out within 36 hours and delivered in 7 - 10 business days.
How do I change or cancel my Order?
If you need to make any changes to your order please email us at support@eShopHere.com with your changes.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
We do not charge any sales tax except for orders shipping to Illinois. If you are located in Illinois and are tax exempt you should include your tax exempt ID number in the comments section of the order form, and we will not apply the tax.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I submit my order via Fax or mail?
Yes - you can use our web site and shopping cart system to create your order, select the Fax or Mail option, and then print it out your order. There is a place on the order form to write your credit card information. You can then mail or fax this form to us. You can also pay with a check or money order (see below).
Can I pay with a Check or Money Order?
Yes - we accept checks and money orders. The easiest way is for you to use our online shopping cart system. Once you have selected your item(s) begin the checkout process. Under Payment Options you should select “Print Order Form and pay by Mail”. It will then provide you with a page you can print out with your order information and total price. You should mail this page along with your check to the address on the form. Once we receive your order for and check payment, we will send out your order.

Can you ship my order WITHOUT a receipt ?
Yes - All of our orders are shipped without a receipt or any other pricing information.
Will you sell my personal information to anyone?
No - we do not provide our mailing list to outside sources, and your personal information will not be shared with any outside company for any reason other than to complete your order.
